Spats Restaurant and Lounge was a Roaring Twenties-themed restaurant and lounge located at 236 Green Springs Highway in the Green Springs Shopping Center.

The menu featured ribs and burgers, marinated chicken, steaks, and shrimp. Sides included "Shirley's Curls" onion rings, and beer-battered fried mushrooms. A popcorn machine in the lobby area provided snacks for those waiting for tables.
