St Patrick Catholic Church is a Catholic parish church built in 1988 at 301 Shamrock Trail in Adamsville. It is led by pastor Anthony Weis.

The church was created as a combination of four older parishes: St Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Pratt City, St Michael Catholic Church in Brookside; Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Hillview, and St Raphael Catholic Church in Graysville.

Father Patrick J. Sullivan of St Catherine of Siena instigated the merger in the 1970s. Ground was broken for the new church building on May 10, 1987 and a dedication service was held on January 24, 1988.
