Takehold Records was a local independent primarily-Christian rock music label which was founded by Chad Johnson. It grew out of the Slacker 66 store in 1999, and was bought out in 2002 by Seattle's Tooth and Nail Records, a division of the EMI Christian Music Group.

Takehold Records signed and distributed such bands as: Narcissus, TwoThirtyEight, Few Left Standing, The Operation, Stairwell, Underoath, and Hopesfall. Takehold also organizaed, hosted and sponsored the Furnace Fest at Sloss Furnaces from 2001 to 2003.
