• Rollin K. Stonebrook was manager of the Alabama Theatre in the early '30s, but I don't know if he was the immediate predecessor of Falkenburg.
• The UAB School of Nursing has a Francis S. Falkenburg Endowed Nursing Scholarship, but I'm uncertain if this was named for the same individual.

• There was also a Francis Falkenburg, "prominent Birmingham businessman" who was in talks to bring a a Major Indoor Soccer League team to Birmingham in the late 1970s [1]. This is most likely a son of the theatre manager. --Dystopos 11:33, 11 October 2006 (PDT)
