I have never seen Decatur along I-65 used as a control, but I have seen it on the [[Red Mountain expressway]]. In fact, on one of the overhead BGS' at about 3rd Avenue South, the old, faded-out Decatur notation is visable underneath the US 31/280 shields. Decatur & expansion
Was Decatur ever used as the control city for northbound traffic? I think I have some vague memory of that, but could be imagining it. Also, anyone with details on the expansion of I-65 please add them. I remember the headaches involved with traveling I-65 during them, but not the details of where or when they began and ended. --Lkseitz 12:57, 29 November 2006 (PST)
