Tapestry Park is a 223-unit apartment complex under development on a 16-acre site on Montclair Road that formerly served as athletic fields for John Carroll Catholic High School.

The $23 million project is being developed by Arlington Properties and built by Arlington Construction Services. The apartments are divided among six buildings, five of which surround a central lawn and swimming area. A clubhouse equipped with a fitness center and library is also available to residents.

The apartments, renting for $900 to $1,200 and up per month, come with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, garden tubs and walk-in closets.
