The Bray at Liberty Park is a 50-acre, $858 million mixed-use "town center" under development by Daniel Communities on behalf of the Liberty Park Joint Venture (LPJV) partnership.

Plans for the development were first announced in 2020 and won approval from the Vestavia Hills City Council in early 2022, including approximately $23 million in public incentives.

The total development is planned to include more than 600 single-family homes along with up to 270 luxury multi-family units, plus active-adult and senior assisted living options. The development includes a great lawn, passive recreational areas and a 15-acre elementary school campus. Retail, hospitality, office, medical and entertainment options are envisioned as part of a 102,000 square-foot The Bray Town Center.
