The Terminal is a "hyper local" online news website founded in April 2007 by André Natta. It is run out of his Morris Avenue home office and is updated several times a day. The logo incorporates a block print of the Birmingham Terminal Station created by artist Charles Buchanan
The main sections of The Terminal include "the newsstand", with local news stories written by staff editors or taken off the wire; "the timetable", listing upcoming events; and "My Birmingham", which contains editorials, generally reflecting Natta's positive attitude about Birmingham's future.
Since its launch in 2007 The Terminal's volunteer staff has shrunk to a few core contributors, but additional voices are welcomed.
