The Tower is a 9-story, 60,000 square foot office building at 530 Beacon Parkway West. It was constructed in 1979 as the headquarters for the Drummond Company.

In 2012 the building was owned by In-Rel Properties of Lake Worth, Florida and managed by J. H. Berry & Gilbert Inc.

In 2016 the building was sold to MotionMobs CEO Taylor Wyatt and her husband, Spencer. They spent approximately $1 million to renovate and upgrade the technology infrastructure of the building and began marketing it as a hub for tech startups.
