The Vault Bar & Lounge is a proposed jazz club and bar to be located in the former site of Speakeasy 1920 at 1920 3rd Avenue North. Owner Cameila Williams submitted a request for a liquor license to the Birmingham CIty Council's Public Safety committee in November 2012.
