Three Hots and a Cot is a non-profit organization founded in 2010 by J. D. Simpson to provide food and shelter for homeless veterans. It operates several small group homes in the area and also refurbishes small houses for semi-independent living.

- Pardue House, 7203 Division Avenue, opened August 2012
