Tony’s Spaghetti House is the name of both a former and current restaurant owned by Tony Falletta III.

The original Tony’s Spaghetti House was in Vestavia Hills in the 1970s. It later became Leonardo's at 2520 Rocky Ridge Road, which eventually closed.

In October 2012, Tony Falletta III and his son, Tony Falletta IV, leased a 4,000-square-foot space in Brook Highland Plaza at 5287 U.S. Highway 280, suite 219, next to Books-A-Million. At the end of the month, they opened a new Tony's Spaghetti House there.
