True Vine Evangelical Outreach Ministries is a Baptist ministry located in a former church at 4030 40th Terrace North near Tallapoosa Street across from the Inglenook Library in Inglenook.

It was founded in 2004 by Ralph and Kathleen Garth. Ralph Garth, a former drug user and dealer, felt a calling to minister to those struggling with addiction. He began holding serves in the former Grace Presbyterian Church at 3800 5th Court North near Tom Brown Village. The church moved to its present location on Easter Sunday, 2012.

True Vine hosts a Genesis Cafe ministry at the church.
