Uncle Sam's, April 2011

Uncle Sam's Barbecue is a barbecue restaurant located at 3043 Allison-Bonnett Memorial Drive in Hueytown. The building was built in 1988 as Long John Silver's. In the early 1990s it was turned into a Johnny Ray's, which was converted into Uncle Sam's in the mid-1990s.

The restaurant suffered minor damage in a fire on May 8, 2010.
