University Flats is a four-story, 52-unit, $15 million condominium building under development by Adam Cohen and Cityscape Development Group for a site on the corner of 10th Place South and 10th Avenue South in Glen Iris.

The building is designed by Rob Walker Architects and will be constructed by Jones-Williams Construction. Constrution is set to begin by the end of 2006 and take approximately a year.
