University Flats

University Flats is a four-story, 52-unit, $15 million condominium building under development by Adam Cohen and Cityscape Development Group for a site on the corner of 10th Place South and 10th Avenue South in Glen Iris.

The building is designed by Rob Walker Architects. Building work was started by Jones-Williams Construction, but was stopped shortly after foundation work was completed. In June 2008 Cohen told the Glen Iris Neighborhood Association that work would resume.
