University Tacos is a restaurant located at 2009 University Boulevard. The restaurant was opened in May 2014 by Jesús and Gabriel Miranda. Decor is UAB-centric, and the restaurant serves primarily tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and salads for breakfast and lunch.
After the adjacent Lucy's Coffee and Tea closed in 2020, University Tacos expanded into the space to create a larger dining room.
