The Wehby Building is a brick and steel commercial building located at 2116 7th Avenue South. It was constructed in 1945 for the Charles H. Wehby Plumbing & Heating Company, which relocated from 1919 7th Avenue South in the Medical District.

The 100-foot x 100-foot building has one floor facing 7th Avenue and a basement floor below which opens onto the alley. It cost about $75,000 to build and also housed the CIT Credit Corporation and another tenant.
