Winston Strickland (born c. 1971) is the founder and artistic director of the MAD Skillz dance company.

Strickland got interested in dance at a young age by watching "Solid Gold" and "Soul Train" on television. His mother steered him toward ballet.

Strickland's brother, Colvin Sellers, is closely involved with MAD Skillz as a musician and deejay.

Strickland was commissioned to choreograph the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2022 World Games.
