The Birmingham Congregation of the Community of Christ is located at 4739 Montevallo Road in Eastwood. The pastor is Gary Stewart. Prior to 2001 the Community of Christ was known as the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Birmingham is part of the denomination’s Mid-South Mission Center.
