The Birmingham Presbytery of the Blue Ridge Synod of the Presbyterian Church in the USA was the regional body of the Presbyterian Church in the USA (PCUSA) for African American congregations. It was part of the Blue Ridge Synod of the Presbyterian Church in the USA. (From 1905 to 1936 the Blue Ridge Synod was known as the East Tennessee Synod.)

When the PCUSA merged with the Presbyterian Church in North America to form the United Presbyterian Church in the USA (UPCUSA) in 1958, segregated synods were eliminated. The churches in the Blue Ridge Synod became part of the Mid-South Synod, and Birmingham-area churches part of its Birmingham Presbytery.
