Johnny L. Ragland is the Mayor of Warrior. He was elected as a Councilmember in 2004 and served in that role for eight years; in 2012 he was elected as Mayor. He is also a member of the Cullman Jefferson Gas Board which serves a portion of Cullman, Jefferson, Blount and Morgan Counties.
Ragland and his wife, Brenda, have four sons; Lee, Rodney, David and Brian.
