West Woodlawn United Methodist Church was a Methodist congregation founded in 1909 and located at 4750 Messer Airport Highway. Its name changed twice as a result of denominational mergers. Initially it was West Woodlawn Methodist Episcopal Church, South. From 1939 to 1969 it was West Woodlawn Methodist Church.
Its second and long-lasting church building was begun in 1919. An educational building was added in 1953.
The church is a contributing property to the Woodlawn Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003.
The building was later occupied by Doers of the Word Ministries.
