Ack Radio Supply was located at 3101 4th Avenue South. They supplied parts and service to radio & TV broadcasters, commercial and residential customers and ham radio enthusiasts.

Everett C. Atkerson founded the business in 1946 on 3rd Avenue North in Birmingham. In 1965 they moved to 3101 4th Avenue South and stayed in that location until they closed in 2015. Atkerson's son, Tommy, opened up a second location in Atlanta in the 1960's and his son, Steve, continues to run the business in Atlanta.
