Blazer Hall is an 8-story, 720-bed residence hall for freshman students located at 920 16th Street South on the campus of UAB.

Student rooms are grouped into 2- and 3-bedroom suites, with private baths for each bedroom. The building also features 14 study lounges, a multimedia room, and a 4,000 square foot event room. It is managed by Allen & O'Hara Education Services of Memphis, Tennessee.

The location of the original Blazer Hall was directly across 9th Avenue South from this structure.
