The Cahaba Journal was a bi-weekly newspaper published in Trussville from the late 90s through the early 2000s. The paper focused on the northeastern portion of Jefferson County, with a particular interest on the local happenings of Trussville, Clay and Chalkville. Its editor-in-chief was Donna Cornelius.
