Gary Morris (born December 16, 1940; died September 12, 2019) was a judge and former city councilman in Gardendale. He served on the Gardendale City Council for almost two decades and was retired from Proctor and Gamble with over 30 years of service. Morris was a longtime member, deacon and Sunday school teacher at Gardendale First Baptist Church.

He and his wife, Jackie, had two children, Craig and Paige.

Morris was buried in Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale.
