Olexa’s Catering, Cafè, and Cakes is a multi-purpose restaurant in Mountain Brook. It was opened in 2004 by Diane Olexa who found a love for creating extravagant wedding cakes through watching her mother make them when she was little. The restaurant is known for its European town setting and delicious cakes.

The restaurant serves a variety of café foods like quiche, paninis, salads, and soups. It serves lunch from 10 to 4 everyday except Sunday.

Olexa's also does cakes and cupcakes for weddings and other special occasions. On top of that, it is a full service catering business that caters events that range from business to casual like a corporate lunch or gameday platter.

It has been featured in magazines like Alabama Weddings and Bridal Alabama, and has won awards like Best of Mountain Brook in 2012 and Where The Locals Eat in 2009.
