Payne Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church is an African Methodist Episcopal church located at 1825 Center Way South in South Titusville. It was previously located in Southside at 3rd Avenue South and 17th Street.

The current building was designed by Stanley B. Echols and erected in 1961 by contractor A. H. Smith.
