The Picto Theatre was a Black cinema location at 1727 3rd Avenue North.

In 1916 the theater was managed by C. G. Wall. Advertisements in The Voice of the People described the Picto as "Birmingham's Theatre Beautiful." One issue displayed the slogan seven times on the front page.

By 1917, the venue was under new management again and had been renamed the Elite Theatre.
