The Regional Library and Arts Center will feature cutting-edge technology access, displays of local art, community meeting spaces, comfortable reading areas, a coffee shop, and a well-stocked used book store. The 14,000 square foot facility will be located in the former National Guard Armory located at 140 Cane Creek Road in Warrior.

The Library will provide access to resources and opportunities for residents of Corner, Hayden, Kimberly, Morris, Trafford, Warrior and surrounding areas. It will house an extensive source of periodicals, reference books, children's books, and books for young adults and adults. In addition to print materials, the library will feature electronic materials, eBooks, audio books, DVDs, and educational resources.

The Arts Center will provide space for arts and crafts classes, gallery shows, performances, and theatrical events. Open-studio space for community members to create together will also be available.

The Regional Library and Arts Center is a project of the Jefferson-Blount Public Library Foundation. This foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, was formed by a group of citizens from six small rural communities: Warrior, Corner, Hayden, Kimberly, Morris, and Trafford.

A community storm shelter is located adjacent to the library and can be used during major weather events.
