Stancil Handley

Stancil Handley is an optometrist and the current Mayor of Columbiana.

Handley represented Ward 2 on the Columbiana City Council for one term from 2008 to 2012. He then defeated incumbent mayor Allan Lowe in the 2012 mayoral race.
