1442 Montgomery Highway is a 2-story, 5,200 square-foot office building constructed in 1982 on a 0.64-acre parcel at 1442 Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills.

The building is presently owned by Albert and Marilyn Weber and has been the home of [{Weber Mortgage]] since 1999. In 2021 the exterior was renovated with a new gabled roof dormer, a bracket-supported canopy across the front above the ground floor openings, and board-and-batten siding with wood shutters on the second floor.

In January 2023 Michael Weber, Albert's son who took over the mortgage company in 2008, opened a golf simulator room on the ground floor, which is managed by his son, Jack.
