600 University Park Place is a 5-story, 122,654 square-foot office building locate at 600 University Park Place in Homewood's University Park office park off Lakeshore Parkway opposite Samford University.
The building was developed in 1999 by a joint venture of Daniel Corporation and Cousins Properties. It was sold to an affiliate of Samford University in 2014 for $19.7 million. The college put the property back on the market in 2020, but withdrew the listing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The adjoining surface parking lot has 575 spaces.
