Acclinate Inc., formerly Acclinate Genetics, is a digital health start-up which works with health care institutions to promote diversity and inclusion in clinical research by providing a platform where participants in clinical trials and genomic research can share their stories. It was founded in 2020 by Del Smith and Tiffany Whitlow. Its offices are located in the Denham Building, with additional staff at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology in Huntsville, Madison County.

Acclinate has been supported by the Bronze Valley community development financial institution. The company has received pre-seed funding from Google for Startups in 2021, and participated in the 2022 JLabs accelerator sponsored by Johnson & Johnson Innovation.

In 2022 it partnered with Prosper to develop "B-Included", a website portal for Jefferson County residents aimed at addressing health-related barriers to employment by allowing users to share stories and experiences.

In 2023 Acclinate worked with Alabama Regional Medical Services to improve minority participation in clinical trials and community participatory research.
