Amphora Wine Merchants was a wine shop opened by Rob and Sherri Fairbairn at The Summit in January 2001.
Sherri designed the shop interiors and also sold table accessories of her own design alongside the business' large selection of wines, packaged gourmet foods, and wine implements. The shop hosted weekly wine tastings and distributed a monthly newsletter entitled "Crush".
