Cahaba Beach Office Park

Cahaba Beach Office Park is an office park under development on the 17-acre site of the former Cook Publications headquarters at 3700 Cahaba Beach Road near U. S. Highway 280 in Shelby County. Harris Tynes Realty Group renovated the existing 1-story 31,000 square foot building for leasing and plans six more buildings of similar size on the property. Hendon + Huckestein Architects designed the park, which was is being constructed by D.L. Acton & Company.
