CardioVascular Associates building

The CardioVascular Associates building is a -story, 80,000 square-foot medical office building on a 5-acre site at 3980 Colonnade Parkway. It was constructed in 2011 for CardioVascular Associates. The $21 million building was developed by Corporate Realty Associates with financing arranged with help from the Capital Market Access Company of Laguna Niguel, California.

In May 2023 Physicians Realty Trust of Milwaukee, Wisconsin acquired the property from Corporate Realty for $28 million.
