The Clair de Lune Garden Club was a garden club active in the Crestwood community in the mid-1950s. It was a member organization of the East End Council of Garden Clubs.
Along with the Crestwood Garden Club, Crestwood Circle Garden Club, Woodcrest Garden Club, the Clair de Lune Garden Club contributed to the judging of Christmas displays for the newly-created Crestwood Civic Club in December 1953.
In 1955 the club erected monumental brick piers on either side of 56th Street South marking the entrance to Crestwood from Woodlawn. Winifred Butler, outgoing president, thanked committee members Mrs Mark Bell and Opal Nabors for their efforts in completing the project.
