Colony Woods

Colony Woods Apartment Homes is a 414-unit apartment complex located in 27 two- and three-story buildings at 2000 Colony Park Drive, off of Cahaba River Road in the Cahaba Heights section of Vestavia Hills, backing up to The Colonnade.

The complex was developed in 1991 and expanded in 1995. It features two swimming pools, a club room, fitness center, tennis courts, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, and a cyber café.

In 2022 the Forum Investment Group of Denver, Colorado sold the complex to Arcan Capital of Marietta, Georgia for $71.4 million.
