Keith Thomas Harrelson (born March 1950) is a former commercial writer and photographer and owner of Moonlight Music Cafe, which he opened in 2003 in the Vestavia Hills City Center on Highway 31 during a self-described "mid-life crisis". He closed the club in October 2006 and returned to promoting house concerts with Small Stages. He was able to open Moonlight on the Mountain in a space on Shades Crest Road in late 2009.

Harrelson was a volunteer hospitality coordinator for the first 12 years of City Stages and has been among the vocal activists clamoring for changes in Birmingham's corporation-locked radio scene.

As a photographer, Harrelson has contributed to numerous Oxmoor House cooking and craft books, the McKids series of children's books for Golden Publications, and DK's Ultimate Mustang. He is credited as the author of three books in the "Fairy Tails" series in which dogs of various breeds are posed to illustrate classic stories. He is listed as a co-auther of Dorothy McDaniel's 2005 book Simply Beautiful Flowers.
