Mac's One Stop or Mac's 1 Stop is a convenience store, restaurant, and Texaco gas station at 400 19th Street South. The business is owned by Allen and Heather Ehl, and named for her father, Mack Cribbs, who bought the station, formerly an Exxon, in 1986.

The restaurant, which serves breakfast and lunch five days a week, is popular for its burgers, barbecue, smoked chicken salad, and chili. Patrick McMillan has worked for the Ehls as a cook since about 1999.

The gas station was converted to a Chevron station in January 2020.
