Meadow View
Meadow View is a business subdivision located along Meadowview Drive, a short street paralleling U.S. Highway 280 where it crosses New Hope Mountain at Bailey Gap in Shelby County. The development is on the south side of the highway, between Inverness Corners shopping center and the Meadow Brook office and residential subdivision.
The subdivision has direct access from U.S. 280's eastbound lanes, as well as from Corporate Ridge Road. Before 2013 there was also a non-signaled left turn lane from U.S. 280 west at the entrance.
The property was initially developed by the Daniel Corporation. They sold it to investor Frank Schilleci in 1993 for $2.08 million. In July 2020 the Leeds-based Millenial Bank purchased the entire subdivision from Schilleci's estate for $2.9 million.
