Rising Star Baptist Church

Rising Star Baptist Church is an African American Baptist Church located at 1320 2nd Avenue West in the Rising-West Princeton neighborhood. The church was organized on October 10, 1910, under the leadership of the Rev. G. G. Austin. The current brick building was errected in 1958 during the pastorate of the Rev. Agee Hamilton.
