Homewood or Birmingham?
Looking at an old map (pre-Wildwood), I believe John Carroll may not actually be in the Homewood city limits. I have therefore reworked the references that said it's in Homewood. --Lkseitz 21:34, 4 August 2006 (PDT)
- My 2003 Carto-Craft Map Book shows the John Carroll campus within the city limits of Birmingham. The online mapping tool at informationbirmingham.com might give us some useful information. Last few times I tried it didn't seem to be compatible with Mac OS 10.3/Safari so someone else might need to do that. --Dystopos 00:21, 5 August 2006 (PDT)
Highland Crescent
"A new housing development, The Crescent on Highland has been stalled by poor soil compaction on the site."
As an outgrowth of my research on what happened to the JCCHS property, I've been researching this development. All references I've seen refer to it as Highland Crescent [1]. Did it change names or are you confusing it with the Crescent Building on Highland Ave.? --Lkseitz 10:15, 10 August 2006 (PDT)
