• Dominick sponsored a bill that passed in 1967 preventing new municipalities in Jefferson County within 3 miles of other cities from incorporating. The law was too late to stop the incorporation of Roosevelt City, but it did prevent the re-incorporation of Green Valley adjacent to Hoover. (link)
