Toro

Toro the Bull was the official costumed mascot for the Birmingham Bulls East Coast Hockey League team, which played at the BJCC Colisseum from 1992 to 2001.
The oversized black Toro costume was of the "walkabout inflatable" type, with features copied from the team logo.
