Treadwell Barber Shop

The Treadwell Barber and Style Shop is a seven-chair barber shop which opened on September 1, 1961 at 2700 Culver Road, on the Mountain Brook Shopping Center at Mountain Brook Village. It was founded by J. T. Treadwell.

In the 1970s, the shop was a Raffler Sculptur-Kut franchise. By 1989 Jimmy Treadwell was a co-owner. Steve Bishop bought the business in the late 1990s. J. T. Treadwell retired in 2013.
