WestLake Apartments is a 193-unit apartment complex located at 306 West Lake Circle Southwest, off 9th Avenue Southwest (U.S. Highway 11), near Splash Adventure Parkway in Bessemer. It was constructed in 1973 and includes a swimming pool with bathhouse, a clubhouse, playgrounds, and two basketball courts.
In 2021 the complex was acquired by 1Sharpe of Piedmont, California from Wicker Park Capital Management of Savannah, Georgia for $13.16 million.
