William Flippo

William (Billy) Maynard Flippo (born 1943; died December 18, 2023 in Gardendale) was a former Gardendale city councilman and volunteer firefighter. He was retired from ACIPCO and was a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church.

Flippo was married to Linda and they have two daughters, Debbie and Cynthia.
